Refund & Return Policy

Flag Outlet Ltd. wants customers to receive the correct products in good condition. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review it and help resolve it.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days after you receive your item.

To be eligible for return, the item must be:

- Unused
- Uninstalled
- Unaltered
- In its original condition
- In its original packaging
- Complete with all parts, accessories, and instructions
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

All returns must be approved by Flag Outlet Ltd. before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item. Do not send products back before receiving return approval.

Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Flag Outlet Ltd.

If a return shipping label is provided by Flag Outlet Ltd., any applicable return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at sales@flagoutlet.ca with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and, if approved, may offer a replacement, repair, refund, store credit, or another appropriate solution.

Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, improper storage, normal wear and tear, outdoor weather exposure, or use outside the product’s intended purpose may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

- Custom flags
- Custom banners
- Personalized products
- Made-to-order products
- Special-order products
- Modified or altered products
- Installed products
- Used outdoor products
- Cut materials
- Clearance items
- Final sale items
- Discontinued items
- Gift cards

Custom Products

Custom flags, custom banners, personalized items, and made-to-order products are produced specifically for the customer and are not returnable once approved or produced, unless the item is defective, damaged, or does not match the approved order details.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving artwork, spelling, colours, sizing, layout, and order details before production. Once approved, custom orders may not be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless Flag Outlet Ltd. confirms an error on our part.

Flagpoles, Oversized Items, and Freight Shipments

Flagpoles, oversized items, freight shipments, and special-order hardware require return approval before any item is sent back.

Because these items may involve freight handling, inspection, packaging requirements, installation considerations, and supplier or manufacturing conditions, returns may be refused if the item has been installed, used, altered, damaged, or is not in original condition.

Approved returns for oversized or freight-shipped items may be subject to return freight costs, handling costs, inspection requirements, and other applicable charges. These will be reviewed before return approval is issued.

Hardware and Parts

Hardware, replacement parts, brackets, halyards, fittings, finials, and related components must be unused, uninstalled, complete, and in original condition to be eligible for return.

Installed, modified, scratched, weathered, incomplete, or used hardware is not eligible for return unless it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return for the original item. Once the return is approved and processed, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

In some cases, Flag Outlet Ltd. may arrange an exchange directly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days after approval, but your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Shipping charges, return shipping costs, freight charges, handling charges, installation costs, and other non-product charges are not refundable unless the return is due to an error by Flag Outlet Ltd.

Warranty and Repairs

Warranty and repair claims are handled separately from standard returns.

Some Flag Outlet nylon flags may qualify for warranty or repair support depending on the product type, size, purchase date, condition, and use. Proof of purchase is required.

Warranty or repair approval does not automatically mean the item qualifies for a refund.
