Shipping Policy

Flag Outlet Ltd. ships orders within Canada only. We do not currently ship outside Canada through our online store.

1. Shipping Locations

We ship to valid Canadian shipping addresses only.

Orders with shipping addresses outside Canada are not eligible for checkout, shipment, or fulfillment through our online store. If an international order is placed by mistake, we may cancel and refund the order.

2. Order Processing

Orders are reviewed and processed after payment is received and order details are confirmed.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order size, product type, custom requirements, and whether the item is a stock item, special-order item, made-to-order item, oversized item, or freight item.

If we need more information to process your order, such as artwork approval, product confirmation, address clarification, or shipping details, we may contact you before the order is fulfilled.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout where available.

Shipping costs may depend on the shipping address, package size, package weight, carrier availability, product type, and selected shipping method.

Some items may not qualify for standard checkout shipping rates. Oversized products, flagpoles, large hardware, bulk orders, freight shipments, and special-order items may require a separate shipping quote or manual review before shipment.

4. Carriers and Delivery Methods

Orders may be shipped by Canada Post, courier, freight carrier, or another available shipping provider depending on the product, destination, package size, and service availability.

Flag Outlet Ltd. may select the most appropriate shipping method for the order unless a specific shipping method is confirmed at checkout or in writing.

5. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, high-volume periods, remote delivery locations, address issues, and other circumstances outside our control.

Flag Outlet Ltd. is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been handed over to the shipping provider.

6. Custom Products and Made-to-Order Items

Custom flags, custom banners, made-to-order products, special-order items, and project-based products may require additional time before shipping.

Production and shipping timelines for custom or made-to-order items may depend on artwork approval, order details, product specifications, material availability, quantity, and production scheduling.

Any timeline provided for a custom or made-to-order item is an estimate unless confirmed otherwise in writing by Flag Outlet Ltd.

7. Flagpoles, Oversized Items, and Freight Shipments

Flagpoles, oversized items, large hardware, long packages, heavy products, and freight shipments may require special handling and may not be eligible for standard parcel shipping.

These orders may require a separate freight quote, delivery review, business address confirmation, loading access confirmation, or other shipping arrangements before the order can be fulfilled.

Additional shipping, freight, handling, residential delivery, remote delivery, liftgate, re-delivery, storage, or accessorial charges may apply where applicable.

8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Flag Outlet Ltd. is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned shipments, or additional charges caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible shipping addresses.

If an order is returned to us because of an address issue, refusal, failed delivery attempt, or non-pickup, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

9. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Shipments

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your shipment arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at sales@flagoutlet.ca.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage.

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate next step, which may include replacement, repair, refund, store credit, carrier claim support, or another suitable solution.

10. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If a shipment appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will review the shipment status with the carrier where possible.

Carrier investigations may take time. Refunds or replacements for lost shipments may not be issued until the carrier investigation is completed or the issue is confirmed.

11. Order Pickup

If local pickup is available for your order, it will be shown at checkout or confirmed by Flag Outlet Ltd.
